Mark
Edwards M.M. is a multistylistic guitarist and composer. He holds a
double bachelors in classical and jazz guitar and a masters in composition.
He has taught at Midlothian Music School, Discover Music, Guidos Music
School, Old Town School of Folk Music and the University of Chicago.
He is the winner of the Downbeat Jazz Award in Oakland, California.
Mark has studied with Guitar greats such as Paul Henry, Steve Morse,
Joe Pass, Frank Gregory and Fareed Hague. He has two cd's "Romantica"
and 'Fretworks". His progressive rock/jazz band Toltec can be seen
performing frequently in Chicago, as well as, duets with his wife Kristin.
