Edwardsons Guitar Studio

Edwardson's guitar studio provides a series of courses and private lessons with Mark Edwards and fellow instructors. These guitar and bass workshops/line of instruction have been taught at Discover Music (Tinley Park), University of Chicago, The Old Town School of Music (North Chicago), Guidos music studio and currently in Midlothian, Illinois.

Guitar and bass instruction is more comprehensive and in depth than the routine store front type music shops, whose primary focus is selling merchandise and usually provides inexperienced teachers, at best. Instructors at Edwardson's Studios have advanced degrees and recording experience. Expectations for development are higher here.

Guitar and bass instruction is available in private (one on one), small and larger groups. Students range from beginning to professional, college level. All students will learn to read, have proficient technique, theory and ear training skills and be expected to perform in student recitals. You get your moneys worth, at Edwardsons studio.

 

Edwardson's Guitar Studio Policies:

A) Any guitar or bass lesson cancelled on the day of the lesson will not be made up.

B) Payment is four lessons at a time.

C) Guitar and bass students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (or one will be on premises if you cannot)

D) Guitar and bass student recitals, ensembles every 4 months.

Remember this is a Rock and Jazz School, not a guitar store!
